Post-Doctorate: AI for Digital Forensics, Trust and Synthetic Realities

About the position
The selected candidate will conduct research in the area of ​​AI for digital forensics, trust and synthetic realities. The post-doctorate is part of the HORUS project – AI Techniques to Identify and Prevent Synthetic Realities, an international collaboration focused on developing new technological solutions for society, aiming for a safer and more reliable digital world. The position offers the opportunity to interact with international collaborators and industry partners, as well as supervise students alongside professors at the university and contribute to courses.

Vacancy requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field;
  • PhD in AI, Machine Learning or related areas;
  • Scientific and mathematical experience in AI;
  • Advanced programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, and C++);
  • Ability to work well in a team and fluency (written and oral) in English;

About the bag: 24-month contract, with the possibility of extension after a positive evaluation. The value of the scholarship is up to R$12.000,00 per month, based on exclusive dedication (40 hours per week).
